Power Apps development cost, package by package.
Four things I sell, each with a fixed price or a clear starting point. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

Spreadsheet Review
£450 · one week
For a business that knows the spreadsheet is a problem but does not know what to replace it with, or whether replacing it is worth the money. I spend a week with the actual files and the people who use them.
You get a map of the process and who touches it, a recommendation on what to keep, rebuild or leave alone, a licensing assessment against your existing Microsoft 365, and a fixed-price proposal for the build with a timescale.
The £450 is credited in full against a build that starts within 60 days. If the answer is “leave it alone”, the document says so and you owe nothing more. Skipped when the scope is already clear from the call.
Credited against the build
Excel system
From £900 · two to three weeks
For a process that belongs in Excel but has outgrown the workbook it lives in. Not every spreadsheet needs to become an application; some need to become a proper one. Costing models, quoting tools, cash-flow forecasts, management reporting packs.
You get a rebuilt workbook with a separate data layer, locked structure, validated inputs, documented logic and reporting that updates itself. Built so the next person can understand it without you.
Fixed price agreed after the call or Review. Usually goes straight to a quote without a Review. More about Excel systems.
Fixed price
Application build
From £3,000 · typically £5,000 to £12,000 · four to ten weeks
For a process that several people depend on and a spreadsheet can no longer hold safely: jobs, costing and invoicing, recruitment and onboarding, client billing, anything with permissions, approvals or an audit trail. Built on Power Apps and Power Automate in your own Microsoft 365.
You get an application your team uses on desktop and phone, the automation behind it, security roles so people see what they should, a test environment, documentation, training, and the solution files. Tested on your real data before handover.
Where the price lands depends on how many processes, how many people and how much automation. The Review turns that into a fixed figure. Anything added after the scope is agreed is quoted separately. What gets built.
Fixed price after Review
Support
£250 a month · optional
For a business that wants the system looked after by the person who built it. Up to three hours a month of fixes, small changes and new reports, with a reply within two working days.
Terms in plain words. Time is logged and the log is sent to you each month. Unused hours do not carry over. A new module or a change of scope is quoted separately rather than eaten out of the three hours. No minimum term; cancel any month.
Not required. A finished system needs very little once it is live; you can add support later, or ask for a one-off quote when something comes up.
Rolling, cancel any month
What is not on the invoice
- Hosting. The system runs in your Microsoft 365. There is nothing to host and nothing to pay me for running it.
- Licences. Paid to Microsoft, not to me. The Review tells you which ones the build needs and whether you already hold them, so there is no surprise after the quote.
- Hours. Builds are fixed price. If something takes me longer than I estimated, that is my problem, not yours.
- Exit. You own the solution files and the documentation. Leaving costs nothing.
